Adra Remora was born to a wealthy family of jewelers whose brand, simply named Remora's, could trace its roots all the way to the original merfolk migration to Azmarin, or so the family says. Much to Remora's surprise, she decided to buck tradition and leave to jewelry business to study law at the Skylark Academy of Sylanta, one of the most prestigious universities on Arda'aman, where she graduated with honors.
Within a few years of graduating, she was hired by the formidable Sylantan law firm, Firadel & Hanali LLP. There, she quickly became a force to be reckoned with in the legal field, known for her cutthroat tactics and relentless nature. Her sights were ultimately set on political aims, though, and when she heard one of the clan councilors would retire soon, she quickly made plans to return to Azmarin.
By using her family connections and her success in several key cases, she managed to bolster enough support to win the council seat. From, there she made strategic connections within the governor's office and officially declared her candidacy for the 8019 election cycle, where she lost by a landslide to her old university rival, Petryn Alenyath. She is determined to win the upcoming election, however, and has focused her campaign efforts on attacking Petryn's character with a vicious string of propaganda posters and speeches.
