Session Three

the party goes to explore the temple of the drowned mother nearby. dante is a dummy and uses his new skill of darkness to freak out the local cultists and set them to high alert. caldir sense the presence of the dead and tells the preist lady. they say to wait in a courtyard and leave   on returning they ask the party to follow and shove them ina room with the undead hoarde. they did not expect caldir to be a godbound of death so he comands the undead to sit and the party escapes into another room. the two theotecnitians find the party escaping and fight ensues, is messy and the kill the lady quickly. the man dies slowly and chips away at caldir while doing so. they are both word of death so its a bit of a slugfest. he tries to reaping word caldir. kepri reaches through a wall and crushes his head, it is very cool.   they enter the great dome to find two semi asleep uncreated beasts. they seam like young creatures and the party worries where their mother is.   they defeat the two babies but it is with great difficulty, caldir encases on in ice but it breaks out both times. The party slowly creeps up the stairs, worried that the babies death cries will have woken the mother. They did not but mother awaits at the top of the tower, which is also where the night road entrance awaits.   They start off by suprising the mother and she nearly falls to the flurry of attacks, however she manages to use a few brutal attacks on tiaset. The party manages to kill her and her body falls through the library to crash ontop of her fallen babies.   Dante finds a corpse with a ring and he touches it, he isnstantly knows this ring is a gateway to open the door to the night roads, or to shut it. They shut the open night road which apears as a shimmer of wrongness in the air.   On searching the rest of the library they find many books they wish to take home and also a poppet who calls themselves a librarain. taiset is very unhappy about taking the doll home with them but caldir takes a fancy to her.
