Session One
Caldr Nársen meets Dante Abis in the taven and is promptly taught that 'woof woof' is how people greet each other in Ancarlia. Not knowing any better, he then greets Tiaset and Kepri in this same manner.
Kepri has met Tiaset and declared her intentions to rule the town of oathes to everyone she comes across. Most people are confused and Tia manages to disuade her of the notion somewhat.
The commotion brings out the elder Nef Anyo who tells Dante, pointedly ignoring the ladies, that a child is missing and needs finding. The party heads to the mothers house; Anise, who claims the child is probably just throwing a tantrum for being made to wear a dress. She is heavily pregnant and tired of fighting her daughter. The party learns that the girl is called Olundi.
The players go looking and head to the docks where an inturegation of a local child; Andele, leads them to beleive that Olundi is hiding in their bivowack where they tend to go when upset. They are also told the girl is infact going by a boys name of Adebye and their arguments with thier mother tend to be about this dissagreement.
On investigating the bivowack there are many signs of a scuffle and fight. With thier keen investigation skills, Tiaset and Dante find the direction of the trail and Tiaset flies up to scout it out.
A camp of bandits with a child in tow are spotted and on arriving at their oasis hidout, the party engages them in conflict. Tiaset swoops in and rescues the child, Eros, and reasures them. Dante and Kepri challenge the bandits to a fight and they start advancing on each other. Caldr chooses to stand and watch but seams prepared to engage if needed.
On the fight ending Tiaset quickly flies Eros back to the town of oathes and the party heads onwards to the Hyena village with their captive guide. They see a rugged and motly crew of bandits with some rough children and hagard women engaged in chores such as skinning animals and repairing armour.
The party spots the coral of stollen children, they are all young beautiful girls, except one tomboyish and scraggly child which they presume is Olundi. Dante is incensed by this discovery and suggests destroying the village, Kepri suggest conquoring them while Tia and Caldr suggest diplomacy.
Their guide leads them into the camp and towards the largest tent, from it emerge three people. A tall strong lady dressed head to toe in furs of a hyena, a robe clad lady who has a glow about her and a dark man holding a bow and moving with staggering speed.
The Hyena lady is Hus Ihime , the man Aghubri Edo and the robed lady is Efes.
Diplomacy works and the children are released on the condition that the party shall bring back the source of a local Oasis. By doing so they will make themselves enemies of the Oasis States and will likely need to defend the Hyena village from subsequent attack. A map is presented and the children are brought back to the town of oathes.
Adebye is returned to her mother and a reconsiliation is had. Olundi is proclaimed dead and Anise declares that she has a new son.
