Ruled by the divine Lady Raii and her collection of sorcerer attendants. In practice alot of it is run by a collection of infighting beuocrats trying to satiate the madness and desires of their ruler without allowing too many citizens to die.

• The pyramid is renowned for its skilled warriors and the troops it trains. Most of these soldiers are bred specifically using the extensive eugenics program
• Trade and its associate careers are necessary for the self contained cities. Metals and rare ores are in short supply. Slaves even more so.
