Angel Samara
Samara first appeared as a shy, ethereal child in the dank basement of a ruined temple. She was well spoken, polite and inquisitive about the party and their perpose there.
She had spent the last 5 years working on creating her Cult of the Drowned to drag human souls to hell upon their deaths. When the party arrived to disrupt this she originally tried to reason with them but when this failed she lashed out in her true angelic form. After a long and heated battle, the party managed to sucead in killing her and she fell back into Hell with the rest of her kind.

Motivation
Angry at the humans breaching heaven and making war there, many angels decided to trap humans in hell on their passing. Samara was one of these angels and quickly managed to seduce many humans to a cult centered on herself. She passed herself off as a godbound child and encouraged her followers to self harm, steal and even murder, all in the name of the drowned lady.
On being challenged, she tried to convince the party to join her and take their own lives. When they refused she revailed herself to them and sourght to smite them down.
Thankfully for the party, she failed.
