Skjoinel Imperium

One of the most populous and influential Dwarven countries in Arda and the home of most Dwarves on the continent of Taymar, the Imperium has stood for nearly a thousand years. Ruling the mountains and caverns of Taymar with only The Dropning Gate as its public face to the rest of the world, the Skjoinel is a powerful but mysterious empire, seemingly content to trade with the rest of Arda, but keep all at arms' length.
No other country has dared to challenge the Imperium since its war with Raynir and The Sinking of Lodin.
