Sarcondus

City once known for turmoil, greed, and depravity, with an elite who believed themselves to be above the law and beyond reproach. Aster Cailyn painted their Suns of Arshea around the city demonstrating the power of the Order of the Grey Feather and making both deception and the binding of people against their will just difficult enough that the elite's reign was handicapped and the people were able to fight for a more just city. It is now a thriving democracy.
