Turi

Mother Bear, Creator of the Realm Turi (a.k.a. Music Bringer, Anvil Ringer, Life Giver, Mistress of the Forge)

Turi is the Mother Bear, creator of the realm. She played the Anvil Mountains and the music created two beings, a crow and a wolf. Turi infused them with her power. The crow named Vasco bought the fire and Sassaba the wolf sang as they created more beings. Some think that as Turi infused them with power she gave up some of her own powers. They celebrated their lives for a few days and then decided to decorate the land with trees and plants and herbs and creatures. Over time the beings began squabbling. To prevent disaster, Turi suggested creating more beings for them to oversee. They'd be responsible for caring for the new creatures and ensuring they ahead what they needed.
Together they created the beings that would walk the land. These first beings were given the ability to shift between humanoid and animalistic shapes. They could talk and sing and dance and the creations all celebrated life together.
