Ernesh Shrew
During the Ernesh Conflict, or rather just after the gods ended the conflict there was a time of severe famine throughout the Aryithian Empire. During this time, people tried eating many things they hadn't previously. During one experimentation the Ernesh Shrew, also known as the Elephant Shrew, was discovered to be relatively tasty. Despite its unusual colouring it is now a staple part of the local diet and is both hunted and domesticated.
