Command Plants

Cantrip

This commands the plants in the area to attack the target, causing the trapped status. If poison plants are in the area, you may instead deal poison damage equal to your Magic Power. Unnatural hazardous plants may cause different issues as per their nature. These effects last as long as you concentrate. If there are no plants in the area to control, this spell has no effect. Alternatively, you can cause a bush to bloom, grow, or wilt or affect a similar amount of living plant material.

Great

This acts as the cantrip version, but without the concentration requirement. The effect now lasts a number of turns equal to your Magic Power. You can instead command a single plant to bear fruit or produce a component, whatever it naturally grows.

Superior

This acts as the great version, but now you can affect an entire zone, distinguishing friend from foe. Or, you can inflict the great version on a single target, and if there are trees in the area or other large plants, deal damage equal to your Magic Power plus your Soul rating. This can instead command a number of plants equal to your Magic Power to bear fruit, produce a component, or whatever else they naturally grow. It can cause a small field to produce a second harvest.

Ultimate

All the plants in the zone are permanently under your command. They instinctively obey your wishes, as per the superior version. A zone under cultivation can bear its annual harvest once per day if actively tended.
