Resting in Rora, the Lord of Spring, He who flies and plants fourish. Seiryu is one of the four adopted sons born from when Oryu created the spring Island of Rora and therefore the plants. Seiryu represents compassion, the kind soul which flourishes like the plants of Rora. And thus he rules with compassion, though he has a slight distaste in Cubits , where he lost a creation bet to Oryu to the Cubits and had to trash his special whale design, creating the first Mujina.

7-kilometre body, Sometimes grows roots and with rocks along his top if he sleeps too much, White dragon mane with a little fluff of hair on the tip of his tail, 7 blue Horns arching in the shape of a semicircle, Dark blue sclera and Yellow Irises, Black teeth and nails.
