Lipstick of Flames

This dark metal tube contains 10 uses of a bright red colored lipstick with flakes of gold. One use can be applied to your lips during a short or long rest and remains for 24 hours, unless removed. The wearer can use an action to expend the magic and breath a 15ft cone of fire. Creatures in the cone must make a DC 13 Dex save or take 3d6 damage (save for half). Once used, the lipstick changes to a natural red color.
