Balasar's Magical Emporium

Balasar's Magical Emporium is a small, unassuming shop located in the front of a residence within the city of Salmund. The sign above the door is simple and unadorned, bearing only the shop's name and a small symbol of a blue dragon.
Inside, the shop has plenty of natural sunlight entering through the windows, and there are shelves of books filled with arcane lore and tables piled high with potions and scrolls.
The shop is owned by a dragonborn wizard named Balasar, whom many adventurer's who travel through Salmund may have met. Balasar is always happy to help the residents of Salmund and adventurers with their magical needs, and he is always willing to share his arcane wisdom with those who seek it.

Teleportation

If so, come try our new teleportation service!
We offer fast, safe, and affordable teleportation services to anywhere in Archestria. Our experienced wizards will teleport you to your destination in a matter of seconds.
Fine print: Taking up to 8 people at a time or a single 10' cube object between towns that provide a safe location to rest (i.e. an inn). We require the customer provide an "associated object" for the destination to ensure correct travel to the destination.
Cost: 250gp/person or 500gp/object

Fine print: This service is only available with the consent of the recipient. Suggestions will cover a 24h period.

• Detect Magic: 10gp
• Gentle Repose: 50gp
• Knock: 50gp
• Locate Object: 50gp
• Dispel Magic: 90gp (150gp for high levels up casting up to lvl7)
• Remove Curse: 90gp
• Water Breathing: 100gp
• Fabricate: 150gp

Spell Sharing

Are you also an enthusiast of the magical arts? Do you need to expand your spell repertoire?
If so, Balasar's Magical Emporium is happy to allow fellow spellbook-users (wizards, ritual casters, etc) to copy any spells from his spell list.

Fine print: customer does the actual scribing, including any costs if they are making consumable spell scrolls.
Cost: No additional cost (beyond the normal 50gp & 2hr per spell level cost of recording) for PCs that have gone adventuring with Balasar. For all others, there is an extra 10gp surcharge per spell level.
