Fundamental Avatars

When the universe began, it was cold and unaware. But as consciousness woke up, so did the universe. As sapient imagination gave rise to the gods, so too did their most fundamental, primal instincts and fears breathe life into representative avatars.
These avatars are largely unknown to most mortals. Their existence has at best been guessed at by the most learned of scholars, and only one has ever been known to meddle in mortal affairs. It is impossible to know how many Fundamental Avatars truly exist, but the following are ones that are at least believed to exist to some capacity:

• Cataclysm. The aforementioned meddler and only certifiably confirmed Avatar. Avatar of destruction, chaos, disorder, and conflict.
• Harmony. A theoretical inverse of Cataclysm: Avatar of law, synergy, and order.
• Emergence. Avatar of birth, beginnings, and life.
• Resolution. Avatar of death, entropy, and endings.
• Dread. Avatar of fear, uncertainty, and the unknown.
• Hope. Avatar of joy, courage, and love.
• Vindication. Avatar of justice, vengeance, and rage.
• Covenant. Avatar of cooperation, commitment, and deals.
