Ward Breaker's Keep

Only known by the inner circle in the convocation and considered a rumor by many of the residents on Sky Sanctuary, the Ward Breaker's Keep serves the purpose of holding the Ward-Breaker. In rumors, it is referred to as the Mountain Prison. 
While there aren't many mountain ranges in the Sky Sanctuary, many assume the tallest mountain is the one that is the prison as of all the mountains in the area, it is one of the few considered off limits. Thrill-seekers that trespass will often come back with an outlandish story citing that the reading of magical energy broke several their monitoring devices or that they can hear the sounds of someone crying.

Design

The design is bare bones until you reach the prisoner's room that is designed to be more homey. While the room itself has plain walls and smoothed stone flooring, there are some elements that are gifts from the prisoner's family such as rugs, pictures, and crafting tools that are allowed.

Entries

There is only one entrance to the room and that is a door locked on the other side. There are no real windows for the room, only fakes that are meant to simulate the outside world.

Architecture

Being short on time, the prison was hastily created using one of the natural mountains on the Sky Sanctuary that is far from many of the neighboring residential areas. The main room holding the prisoner, and where many of the research is conducted, is constructed under the mountain. This decision was intentional so that the prisoner would have to go up the stairs and would run into any patrols.

Defenses

The building has several built in magic dampeners made in case the sole prisoner ever tries to break out. On the outside are several cameras to monitor the outside of the prison as well as cameras on the inside.

History

Shortly after the Sky Sanctuary took flight, the "Ward Breaker" was locked away, as determined by her trial.

Tourism

By law, no one is allowed to set foot there that isn't authorized.
