Neopolitan

Neopolitan or 'Neo' (born Trivia Vanille) is an assassin operating in Vale . Though she operates within Vale's criminal underground, she prefers to deal with clients through her friend/partner Roman Torchwick.

Appearance

Neo is an exceptionally short, voluptuous young woman with a petite and curvaceous figure.
She has fair skin, long, pink and brown hair that splits in color down the middle, and heterochromatic eyes: brown on the right and pink on the left.
Neo's semblance, Overactive Imagination, allows her to alter elements of her appearance at will, although she tends to favor the colors brown, pink and white when possible.

Personality

Neo is a mute, and communicates through body language, miming or text - her non-verbal communication can be very emotionally expressive and she has little difficulty communicating with those who know her well.
Neo is shown to be cruel and sadistic, and highly protective of her privacy - only dealing with a small handful of trusted allies and hiding her presence from all others. Never the less, she can be reckless and quick tempered - first response to being called an imaginary friend by an uninformed guard was to punch him in the testicles, potentially revealing her nature to an unknown party just to prove a point. Neo is a contract killer who has had no known contact with her family for over a decade, and her mental stability can rightly be called into question.
Still, violent tendencies aside, Neo does seem to genuinely trust and like her partner, Roman, though she isn't above laughing at his expense, and she is somewhat civil with Hei Xiong Jr.. She also has a somewhat childish streak, theming her outfit and her alias around her favorite flavor of ice cream, which she consumes eagerly at every opportunity.

Personal History

Trivia Vanille was born in 60 AGW as the eldest daughter of Carmel Vanille and the only biological daughter of Jimmy Vanille. Neo was conceived artificially after years of effort, under mysterious circumstances. Despite the considerable effort to have her, the Vanilles largely kept Trivia out of the public spotlight and actively suppressed most evidence of her existence, although it was known that the girl was 'unusual' and 'disabled'- Trivia is mute and was born with heterochromia.
At some point before her 11th birthday, Trivia was supposedly killed in a house fire. Whatever the true sequence of events was, by the time she had reached young adulthood the very much alive Trivia assumed the name 'Neopolitan' and began working as an assassin for hire, at some point meeting and forming an alliance with the notorious thief Roman Torchwick. Few people know of Neo's existence - fewer still have met her and lived to tell the tale.

Powers and Abillities

As a Blessed, Neo retains access to her aura and semblance, Overactive Imagination, which allows her to create holographic projections that function as 'tangible illusions' which she can overlay on her body to hide her presence or modify her image. It can be inferred from her profession that Neo is a skilled fighter, since she has carried out hits on other Blessed, and her natural gifts for stealth and disguise have kept her true identity a closely guarded secret.
