Morph Spell allows a Caster to change the appearance of a spell.

Description

Morph Spell can be used +1/ PSY modifier per encounter. This Magical Talent allows the Caster to weave illusory magic into their next spell, changing its appearance dramatically to seem like a different spell or effect entirely. This is an effective tactic when countering or dispeling Magic or concealing spellcasting. Those who witness the Caster's Morph Spell may be given the opportunity to disbelief the effect completely, revealing the Caster's facade.
