The Caster chooses a specific tool or piece of equipment to create from the loose materials in the environment. This magical tool works in every way as a mundane tool of its type.
Effect
An Instant Tool spell allows the Caster to draw upon their environment to manifest a tool or piece of equipment that is usable for 5 minute per 1 point of the Caster's Psyche. Casting this spell is 1 Action. This spell doesn't create multiple objects, tool kits, or articles of clothing nor does it create specific items (such as a key or books).
The limitation of size on objects created is no more than 10ft in length (such as a rope or pole). The object must be smaller than Small and can't be a complicated item (one that has multiple moving parts, such as a motor or a clock). This object works in every way like a tool for its purpose, although if a tool is used for any purpose besides its intended use (such as using a hammer to attack someone), then the spell fails instantly. This spell can't be used to make weapons or armor, or items with unique materials.
If the item is broken or the spell ends, the item returns to its normal state (if it was drawn from the Earth, for example, then it becomes sand; from the Air, it becomes air).
Side/Secondary Effects
A few examples of this spell could be to replicate a necessary tool for Crafting, create a temporary container, or to replace a missing component from a machine (such as a lever or hinge). Instant Tools used as a part of a larger machine return to their natural element by the end of the spell.
