Kobolds

Kobolds are sometimes mistaken for young Lizard People.
They are in some ways, more "civilized" than the fallen Lizard People.Sometimes Kobold groups are ruled over by Lizard People.
Kobolds speak Lizard Tongue, Goblinoid , and Trade Tongue.
