Eye of Eclipse
The origins of the Eye of the Eclipse go back several hundred years, to a celestial event of profound significance. When the twin moons aligned, forming a great eclipse, the heavens themselves seemed to shift, altering even the constellations and heralding a golden age . This celestial dance was seen as a divine omen, a harbinger of a new era blessed by the gods. Though the exact origins of the symbol remain shrouded in mystery, after its emergence it swiftly became a universal warding sign, embraced by all who sought protection from the twin godesses in the sky.
Gesture
The Eye of the Eclipse, whether it be worn as a simple pendant or hewn into ships or doors, is said to avert all that is ill-meaning to the wearer. Regardless of the belief’s merit, it can be seen everywhere in Ri'kahar, especially in times when people are confronted with a shocking sight or ill news. With grace and precision, the tips of the thumbs and index fingers are brought together to form a perfect triangle. This triangle symbolizes the unity of mind, body, and spirit, an eternal trinity that binds the soul.
At the heart of this triangle, the tips of the middle fingers are overlapped. This central dot signifies the eclipse of the twin moons, the sisters embrace, and the inner eye that peers beyond the veils of reality.
Th triangle is then raised to the forehead. This act connects the moons to the mind, the seat of wisdom and thought.
At last, with a fluid motion, the triangle is then brought down to the stomach, the seat of all emotions , completing the ward.

Wow.
