The Seven
Overview
While not exactly a god, the seven saints that stood with Mehena against the Tyrant King Callus Starbane are venerated as figures of mortality and hope. No deity is perhaps more well respected by all pantheons, than the Seven, a band of mortals that rose up during the Calamity, defending Aralla against Callus and the greatest threat to the universe, only to in the end, disappear from the world. No one knows why they have gone, nor where they have gone to, but all creatures who carry the mantle of deity, give a fraction of their power to The Seven, as payment for what they have done. For the greatest gift, The Seven ever gave, was hope. Throughout the mortal realm, shrines to them can be seen spreading this hope, the seven statues ever vigilant, in case their enemy should ever return.Portfolio and Responsibilities
While they are absent and have no responsibilities in a divine sense, their portfolio includes mortals, adventure, hope, destiny, and rising to the occasion. Wayshrines are dotted around Ekrune where travelers and adventurers stop to rest and pray to the saints of the Seven. Most worshippers of the Seven are adventurers and mercenaries that live their lives following destiny and coin to rise to the top.Divine Domains
