Scarlet Death

Scarlet Death Scarlet Death is suffered by creatures who are killed by a source of Scarlet Energy. Their body turns to ash, they cannot be revived, and all creatures forget their existence, save for anyone who witnessed the death, the current Seven, the current Cardinals, and those connected to a source of Scarlet Power. Greater Scarlet Death If killed by a direct source of Scarlet Energy, such as those wielded by powerful servants of The Enemy, the process described above occurs. However, if the victim has a refracted soul, all of their refractions suffer Scarlet Death as well. The victim's soul burns as fuel for the Abyss, where some are reconstituted into servants of the Enemy.
