Overview
The Black dragon aspect, created during the Calamity by the shattering of Tiamat. He was the dragon god of death and undeath with two aspects, The Reaver (NE) and the Guardian of the Lost (LN). As the Reaver, he was worshiped by evil dragons and took lives, blessing those who served him in this capacity. As the Guardian, he ferried the souls of dead dragons to the afterlife, seeing them to their respected places, even metallic dragons.
PORTFOLIO AND RESPONSIBILITIES
He is a god whose portfolio includes the death of dragons, connections to the afterlife, and in a very minor capcity, Undead. Neltharion was worshiped by dragons of all alignments, living and undead, because of his dual role. Whether a goodly dragon wished to speed a lost loved one to the afterlife or an evil one wanted to attack a city with an army of undead, a prayer was said to Neltharion.

Tenets of Faith
Edicts - (As the Reaver) Never surrender yourself to death, but incorporate death into your life, even including undeath. (As the Guardian of the Lost) All life eventually led into death, which was simply a starting point to another kind existence. True death, on the other hand, was final and absolute.
Anathema - (As the Reaver) Lose yourself to the afterlife before you wish too. (As the Guardian of the Lost) Violate death by raising the Undead or disrespecting the Dead.
