Odda, The Sorcerer King

A devisive figure in the history of Vestri. Odda was a prodigious sorcerer in his time quickly rising through the ranks of Argonian society to become Archmage and eventually performing a coup that would make him king. It is noted that his coup was relatively bloodless and the King of Argon willingly abdicated when pressed.
His rule was marked by many structural improvements, investment in scholastic programs both magical and academic, argicultural boom, and the some of the highest quality of life in the Kingdom's History.
