Ticks

These parasites aren’t so bad if you can catch them early. However, removing a Tick incorrectly can lead to all manner of diseases and infections. Always remember to do a check after pawing through long grass!

There's nothing pleasant at all about ticks and some well-groomed creatures find them particularly embarrassing.  Luckily I don't find them too hard to treat.

The cure for ticks is a simple 2-step process with ingredients that can be readily found in most parts of the Bristley woods in most seasons. 

1. The ticks themselves need to be removed. I find the easiest way to do this is to comb them out with the spiky head of the Thistle 
2. The bites the ticks leave behind are dreadfully itchy. Luckily the juice of the Wild Violet flower can be applied to soothe the inflammation and itchiness.
