The Ring of Elemental Command: Fire is bestowed onto King Newtu, The Fire Tyrant, first of the Salamanders by Zemer Epsh, in order to recruit the denizens of the Elemental Plane of Fire to The Great Horde of Sangroke Bliss. However, King Newtu grew greedy and attempted to overthrow Zemer Epsh; a failure that ended with him being converted into an ever-burning pillar of fire.
