The Small Folk of the The Most-Favoured split into two groups, with one moving to a more subterranian habitat, guided by Gloom Mona's teachings. The Surface Dwellers, rejecting Gloom Mona's doctrine are soon labelled Halflings and quickly establish their own simple settlements, guided by the teachings of The Vida Quda.
