Tenril Fastwave is sent to cleanse the Putric Isles

Tenril Fastwave, a Scourge Aasimar is sent by Surm Tutdrug to destroy the peoples of The Putric Isles after Surm Tutdrug decrees the population should have been cleansed after Retch's assualt. Tenril however, bonds with the populace, and refuses his duty; an action that results in his power being stripped away and leaving him a Fallen Aasimar. Tenril takes up residence and becomes the light for the Lighthouse of Beaconsworth Island.
