The Sight Unseen is a novel. The novel details the famous myth The Unsighted One. It details a blind child who wished only for sight out loud, and was overheard by Kal Crist. The King of Fear replaced the Child's eyes with The Unblind Eye, an artifact that allows one to witness visions of the death of anyone the bearer touches. The child, fearing the power he had gained, lived a life of lonely solitude, and died alone. The myth was originally a tale to teach children to learn the dangers of wishing without thought. Allisan Draklen, as a victim of a Genie, wrote this tale as a warning to children to never make wishes outloud, lest they are overheard by unfriendly ears.
