Rending Suture

The Rending Suture is a rite of passage for Strands of The House of Sinew. This ritual involves meditative exposure to a The Far Realm artifact or entity. The initiate’s mind is bombarded with alien thoughts and concepts, forcing them to mentally “suture” their psyche back together. Those who fail are consumed by madness or disintegrate into a pool of sinewy, pulsating flesh.
