Powell, First Mate of the Quacken

Personality Trait: I like a job well done, especially if I can convince someone else to do it. Is practiced at getting Meurig sold on an idea and then getting him to do it. Will subconsciously try to do this with Team Elliwick,
Ideal: Respect. The thing that keeps a ship together is mutual respect between captain and crew.
Bond: The ship is most important - crewmates and captains come and go. Nothing feels certain in Powell's life but he knows his fate is tied to that of the Quacken so he has prioritized the ship over everything. The key to his life post indentured servitude is hinged on the idea that he performs well as a sailor on the Quacken.
Flaw: I struggle to trust the words of others. Powell is very open with his disbelief but his stated disbelief is never targeted. There are just Eeyore type statements of fatalism around what the possible hidden intentions of those speaking to him are.
