Demi God/Merchant Tycoon and former aide to Iteros. Think hail corporate type stuff as far as dogma goes. Also the "managers" act like colonists who seek to exploit the areas that they travel to. Has made an Orrery of Worlds in Genua for viewing the multiple possible realities. He uses the knowledge of these realities to run his merchant empire. However, the Orrery of Worlds doesn't tell him what reality the viewer is living within. Therefore Centilian can know what will probably happen but isn't sure. He sends out Modrons as scouts to learn what the real events of Aoghal and Spoleta are.
Is trying to earn money because they want to earn enough money and power to defend against the myriad of terrible possible outcomes that he has seen in the Orrery of Worlds. He was able to create it while part of the Iterosi Cabal. The original purpose to the Orrery of World's creation was to see if other worlds had different races of life that were more perfect. When he created the Orrery of Worlds, Centilian crossed a philosophical event horizon. He lost a LOT of empathy for others since he's seen so many lives pass by in the Orrery of Worlds. He left the Iterosi Cabal with the limited knowledge of how to create new life and invented the Modrons, inspired by life forms from inside the Orrery of Worlds.
Centilian is a duergar as he was born in the eternal night of southern Spoleta. However, through his advanced knowledge of magic and biology, he has made the duergar enlarge ability permanent.
