If your conscious energy has somehow be forcibly taken from you, or freely given up, you become mentally and emotionally drained for an amount of time. During this, you are in a state best described as a cross between a depressive drunk and a vegetative state. You cannot cast spells, make significant decisions, fight effectively, or use skills or proficiencies.
