The next mural as the two continue down the path shows again a similar progression as before this one has a mother holding, a baby, who Lyra and Astrid rightfully assume is the father of King Rogrick. Theron Aeternum stares up at his parent's intelligence behind his young eyes. Nomokin is presented to him for the first time as a young child, the boy's hands outstretched trying to grab it. His mother holds the weapon with reverence, giving him a soft smile. As the boy grew so did his features and prominence. It was clear he went through the same training and guidance that Rogrick had received. Lyra smiles as she notices the same features and looks on Theron that she had seen in the murals of Rogrick. As Theron aged so did his ferocity, one mural showed. Along the way, his battles to hold back the same darkness that was found in King Rogricks murals must have cost him his eye. However, the man still looked determined and undeterred. The last mural showed him smiling down at a son who, if the story was being followed correctly was King Rogrick, Tia’s father.
