Owning A Building

Owning a building can be extremely fun and valuable. Below is a list of types of buildings that can owned. The number of Room Points is the amount of additional rooms that can be added from the detailed list below for each structure owned. Additional room upgrades will be added over time.

Purchasing a building requires a one time cost and a monthly upkeep fee. Upkeep fee's are due on a real world monthly basis. If the it is not paid the building's extra effects no longer apply, as the building is in a state of disrepair. The building can be reestablished by paying the missing monthly upkeep. If the monthly upkeep goes to long the building may be sold or overrun and need to be cleared before being reused.

Owning a building automatically comes with accommodations (bed, bath, protected storage). You get a 1*Player level bonus to health if you take a short or long rest in your house.

Additionally, the below list outlines benefits you receive for owning a building with the associated room attached. Each room constructed costs an additional 5,000 gold to be added. They can be added at any point after acquiring a room. A structure can have a total number of rooms equal to their total room points.
