Dante Aurelius

Born in Solace to a noble family, Dante was often ill as a very young child. Despite making a full recovery, this has left him with a certain fragility and caused his parents and older siblings to be extremely over protective. Dante's family sided with Tia during the period of unrest. His older brother and sister were directly involved in this, but Dante was sent to the country with his younger siblings. He personally has no interest in politics and has quite a simplistic understanding of the whole situation.
Fascinated by magic from his earliest years, this interest only grew as Dante got older, especially after he discovered that he had the ability to learn it. Eventually he chose to leave Solace to study at the Spire of Aeternity. This was meant by strong resistance from his family, both because they didnt want him to move so far away, and because his father believes magic is dangerous.
For the last few years Dante has been studying at the Spire and living a sheltered life of academia.
