Ralyah
Ralyah is a wood elf female who was a resistance fighter against the bloodberg dwarf clan and protector of the forest known as Nessien's Wood. When future Dragon Emperor Washizu was on his pilgrimage she assisted him in closing a feywild portal and with his help dealt a telling blow to the occupying dwarves. When Washizu was organizing D day both her and her fighting force were utilized in the liberation of Alberon. When the Double D Accords were drawn up she was initially named Queen of Nessien's Wood but quickly reformed it. Installing a council of Archdruids to be in charge of the wellbeing of the forest, in turn they created the position Speaker of The Wood to be the day to day ruler of the forest, settling disputes and leading a force of rangers to keep it safe. While she did not want the title she isn't the type to shy away from responsibility when it calls. Her position gives her almost dictatorial authority over Nessien's Wood but she leaves the communities to their own devices, preferring to spend free time with her boyfriend Tachi, a sumarrian martial artist she met on Washizu's Pilgrimage.
