Atlantean

Atlanteans are a distinct species of sentient being created by the long-term interbreeding of almost all sentient species present in the Artificial World and the adaptation of these offspring to the continual influence of El spirits. The first people of Atlantis were largely human, but by the year 300 AB the first uniquely Atlantean traits had become apparent. The term Atlantean is used interchangeably to denote the species or any inhabitant of the Artificial World possessing an El spirit.
