The Queen of Air and Darkness

It is the nature of the Feywild that existence should be wild. Born as a reflection of the Material Plane, magic burns at the heart of the place in the same way that corruption beats in the core of the Shadowfell. The idea of time is fleeting and the laws that govern the place are so loose and uncontrollable that it's everything the Archfey can do to hold the reins. Understanding these fundamentals of the Feywild are vital to understanding why, when The Summer Queen first stepped into the wonderland, The Queen of Air and Darkness walked in the opposite door. She was her perfect mirror: as hauntingly beautiful as Titania was radiant, encompassing magic in the same way that The All-Mother encompassed the natural world - she was as cold as The Lady of Fang and Flower was warm.   Her curse was only that Titania existed as a true Power while Mab existed only as her reflection.

Of The Queen and the Feywild

Ruler of the Unseelie Sidhe, The Queen of Air and Darkness stands as one of the most powerful of the Archfey. The nature of her Plane is such that it is explicitly impossible to hold power of it for long, as authority cycles constantly back and forth between the Summer and Winter Courts. Though her actual goals and intents are kept strictly to herself, a common thread exists between them all. Queen Mab desires power: power to better harness the magic of the Feywild, power to tip the balance of Summer and Winter, power to cement herself as something more than simply a reflection.   Though her court is often considered malicious and cruel, and rightfully so, they are also eager to make bargains for the betterment of their Queen's goals. Eladrin and other denizens of the Feywild tread carefully near her Kingdom and know that should these darker Sidhe turn their malevolence towards them, the only assured route to safety is by striking a deal, as Queen Mab always keeps her spoken word.

Tenets of Faith

Despite occupying a place among the intermediate deities, The Queen of Air and Darkness has rarely taken a cleric of her own. As her influence on The Material Plane is limited, it is difficult for her power to flow thoroughly enough to empower a clergy in the same manner as other deities might. Instead, her favor is often rewarded in the form of a Pact and many Warlocks can find themselves a patron in the Archfey quite easily if they have something to offer in exchange, or are willing to undertake any of her many machinations in the mortal plane.   As a result, she has no tenants to follow.
