Aleria Campaign / The Seekers/ Raiders of Shrieking Peak pt. 3/ 3586 CE (2/19/19)

General Summary

The team of Seekers has located Rialle the harpy's camp and find themselves locked in battle with her thralls. All seems lost as her forces threaten to overwhelm them, but Pete knocks the arcane staff from the harpy's hands, revealing it to be the source of her mystic power. Instantly the enchantment is broken, and the harpy flees in the face of overwhelming defeat. The surviving slaves celebrate the Seekers' victory in freeing them from Rialle's power, and help their new saviors locate the object of their quest from among her hoard; the Inheritor's Clasp. Returning to the Gorebreaker camp, the party is celebrated as heroes for ending the harpy's threat, and the minotaurs vow to uphold their commitment to no longer harassing travelers on the inland trail. Accompanied by Nissa Arden, the Seekers return the artifact to Lokar, where High Captain Ambrose Varis takes possession of it, explaining that it will be bestowed to the Cathedral of the Stars for further investigation into its magical properties. The party now finds themselves in Lokar, some returning, some there for the first time, and planning their next steps.
