Madpass

Madpass is a city in the northern peninsula of Cascadia. Called the Key to the Horn, the city contains a fortress along the easiest route into the forests of the Horn. The people of this region are secretive, distrustful of outsiders, and resistant to foreign rule. The isolationism is embraced by the lords of the Madpass, who have a tendency for the dramatic.
