A strong federation of Dwarven households. Though open warfare is forbidden, bickering due to internal politics and even covert moves against rival parties are commonplace. Generally the region has been stable since it was made law that the Matriach of Stein must be sworn in by unanimous vote by the Council of Elders. Only then may she claim the Steinthron (Stone Throne).
