Helheim is ruled by Hel. It is not so much a singular location or plane of existence, as it is both the afterlife and divine demesne of all deities within the north. It connects the afterlife of all gods in the area, and much like in the The south, most an ydeity of a certain level of power has some form of afterlife attatched to them within this plane of existence.
