Session 039 - Buzzfeed
General Summary
Tredi, 17th Day of the Hunter
Set out from camp, continuing to heading East. Zoda is being carried, and Musky is being dragged along by Thad.
About a week to week and a half worth of travel ahead of us.
Reach a clearing with a small hut. Thad threw Musky on the roof at their request, and after thinking the roof magically healed them, attempted to do the same with Zoda and ended up tossing him through the wall.
Musky talks to nearby bees and warns everyone that they are close by.
We investigated the hut, found papers and correspondence from Elaria to Shava discussing employment leading us to assume the place was Shava’s. Juni found a staff tucked away in a corner.
Thad charged through a wall trying to prove the hut was magical and healed people.
Swarm of bees begin to approach Ink cast invisibility on herself and Juni. Bews set the hut on fire and Rhyke shot a firebolt to help the process. Zoda rushed ahead of everyone and helped make the path clearer and Musky made a high pitched ring occur.
Travelled for about 7 hours Juni finds a small clearing to camp for the night.
Musky tries and is unable to attune with the staff, passes it to Bews who does resonate with it. Juni and Musky on first watch, Ink falls into a restless sleep and jolts awake from a nightmare and goes to sit by the fire.
Thad and Bews on 2nd watch, notice Ink just sitting by the fire, Bews mentioned wondering if Musky would bounce if dropped from a decent height, Zoda woke to join Ink for 3rd watch, chatted about nightmares and the things they had been experiencing. Ink explained what happened while Zoda was catatonic. Zoda kicked sleeping Thad, no damage but will wake with sore ribs.
Quadi, 18th Day of the Hunter
As the sun rises we see some smoke to the west and north of us, smells coppery and sweet.
Bews is antisocial, Rhyke has mood swings, Musky is obsessed with a single thought, Zoda and Ink are both catatonic. Everyone starts heading east, Ink hung over Junipurr’s broom like wet laundry and Rhyke is carrying Zoda like a sad football.
