Session 7 Recap - "Fierce Hunter, Patriotic Fervor and Punitive Expeditions"

General Summary

Game time: March 11, 999 to Mar 20, 999.
This is an abbreviated recap as it was written a while after the session took place.
The party finished looting Poliel's Temple and returned to their new home in Radivant. Upon returning, they noticed the town was gripped in patriotic furor. Taran a' Misha, Lord of Radivant was organizing a punitive expedition against the Cragmaw Tribe tribe.
Whilst recuperating at their home, Fi captured a feral cat kitten. Through clever sleuthing, Arya learned that the cat's name is Fierce Hunter but Fi renamed him to Mittens.
A messenger from the Faepetor Estate arrived and inquired as to when Folduin Faepetor should expect a house warming party.
The Adjunct Boran Lemben visited to enlist the party to join in on the punitive expedition to which the party agreed. Apsalar Tostovan was to join them but conspired with the party to have them pretend she went with them so that she could instead watch Taran a' Misha, Lord of Radivant's back.
The party engaged orcs, kobalds, goblins and Wokt in some caves to the northwest of Radivant. They successfully killed everyone there, the hard way as usual. They found various bits of treasure, including A Note from Karsa Orlong to Wokt.  
Arya poisoned herself while trying to open the chest. Some might (impolitely) argue that she blundered her way into it. That said, it was later discovered that Dutch was unable to cure her of it as Poliel, Elder Goddess of Pestilence apparently intervened to prevent it. "Not this one" is what Poliel told her when he tried.
