Vaces - the Scales

She is also known as the Mother of Gnomes and Matron of Halflings respectively by these two races, and revered as such.
She is fairly prominent and often associated with her brother Dorufing, Master of Justice, whose strict adherence to form, ritual and the letter of the Law she often tempers with a broader view on what is right and just. Some consider her to be the wisest of the two.
