The term identifies the ruling body of the The Senatar Empire, and can, depending on context, refer to its capital the city of Bar-Enthras, the Court itself, which occupies the entirety of the Citadel of Bar-Enthras and includes a lot of aristocratic hangers on, the government and its bureaucratic entities, the emperor himself.
