Brother Urberth White

He's fairly elderly  and has been in the village forever, dutifully filling the post as priest of The Temple of Passing tides, the polytheistic temple of Gardinest.
He dons the robe of many colours, as do all priests that are not dedicated to a specific deity but are in service of the comunity.
Much beloved by the locals, he can be a pedantic sort.
