Trying to set up a timeline for my world.

Lost Age

The time before the 'Ancient Ones' rose to power. Very little is known about what happened in this era, or for how long it lasted.

• The ancestors of dragons, wyverns, hydras, drakes, etc migrated out of Sauria and spread across the world.
• The 'Heaven's Wrath' and Amethyst Waves events take place.

The 'Ancient One's' Age

The time when the 'Ancient Ones' migrated from their homeland to the 'Main Continent They rose to power and ruled the land for many centuries until the natural magic levels crashed.

• This age began when the 'Ancient One's' migrated to the 'Main Continent'
• The chimera races (Centaurs, Merfolk, Harpies, and Satyrs) were created by the 'Ancient Ones during this time.
• This age ended when the natural magic levels crashed, causing the 'Ancient One's' civilization to crash as well.

Forgotten Age

The surviving 'Ancient Ones' forgot their heritage and evolved into the modern races.

• This age began after the natural magic levels crashed.
• The surviving 'Ancient One's' became isolated from one another across the 'Main Continent'
• Over time these isolated populations forgot about their origins and evolved into the modern races (Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Orcs, Halflings, Gnomes, Goblins, Giants, and Trolls).
