Neptune

Neptune is the primordial god of water, and is the creator of the plane called Atlantis. When awake he appears like a triton in shape but the size of a Tsunami and made entirely of water. In rest he has no form and can not be found unless the trick of summoning him is discovered. The water god is indeed in slumber in his native waters of Atlantis, but it is rumored the royal families of the Triton peoples know the trick of his summoning. The elemental lords of water also know of this trick, but are less likely to share such information, as they fight among themselves over Neptune's old territories.
Like all primordials Neptune is considered neutral. He is also considered one of the least volatile of the elemental gods.
